Utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet) included.
The selected days of the week are fixed
and apply for the entire rental period. The monthly rent is always
due before the 1st of the month and can be paid in cash or by bank
transfer.
Other options available upon request!
Massage table and/or massage futon available upon request. A bathroom with shower, wardrobe, refrigerator, towels, chairs with side table, various storage spaces, and a washer/dryer are also provided.
After a viewing of the premises, we will discuss everything else in person.
The premises are easily accessible on foot, by bus, and by tram, and are just a few minutes from Basel SBB train station.
